In June, the Chamber will publish the first edition of our newsletter that will feature news from our organization and local member businesses. It will be the first of three publications we will produce in the remaining months of 2010, and our goal is to make the newsletter a permanent edition to the benefits of membership we offer.

The newsletter will be mailed to postal customers on Liberty Hill routes and as our response grows, additional area routes will be added.

Member businesses looking to have a presence in our publications have two options – display advertising or a story about your business. Because space is limited, advertising and stories will be selected for publication in the order in which they are received. Members may request inclusion in a specific publication.

Publication Deadlines

Edition 1: June 21 | May 21 Deadline

Edition 2: August 16 | July 16 Deadline

Edition 3: December 3 | Nov. 1 Deadline

Advertising Rates and Guidelines

Business Card – $75

¼ Page – 3.75 x 5 inches ‐‐ $150 (four ads available per issue)

½ Page – 7.50 x 5 inches ‐‐ $300 (one ad available per issue)

Business story plus one photo ‐‐ $200.

To include a coupon, add $25.

Advertising Guidelines

 1. Businesses represented must be Members in Good Standing.

 2. In order to make advertising opportunities available to all members, there are limits to the number of ads a business may purchase throughout the year. Members may purchase one half‐page or quarter‐page ad, up to three business card ads, and one story/photo per year. Advertisers interested in multiple opportunities will be considered as space is available, and reservations should be made in advance.

3. Story may be up to 500 words. Photo should be in high resolution .jpg format. 4. Display advertising should be submitted in .pdf format.

In addition to member advertising, the publication will include news from the Chamber of Commerce, information about Liberty Hill and upcoming community events. Content and publication design/management are provided as a contribution to the Chamber of Commerce by Radio Free Liberty Hill, Free State Media Group and DigiTex Printing.
